That’s exactly what the Partnership for the Bay's Future Policy Fund Fellowship is working toward. Now in its third cohort, the Fellowship empowers equity-focused housing leaders to create real change in the Bay Area through a two-year, full-time program. Fellows work with local governments and community partners to drive inclusive housing policies.
I had the privilege of photographing each of the newest Fellows for their professional headshots on the Partnership for the Bay's Future website. In just 15 minutes each, we captured authentic portraits that reflect their leadership and impact.
Coro Northern California provides the leadership training and support that make this program possible. Their mission is to train and connect leaders to tackle society’s biggest challenges together.

Each Fellow has our standard 15 minute time slot. We photographed them on a solid white backdrop as well as an environomental backdrop. They chose their favorite two images out of the delivered 5 images per Fellow. See how the images were used on the mission page.
